A very repetitive thread but good. Ban CMCs', Close the loopholes and properly penalise solicitors who buy into these "marketing " agreements.

Then there will be less incentive to buy, sorry I mean "have marketed" 100 sickness claims in the hope 30 are genuine to cover the "advertising" costs of those that fall when the client goes awol ...
