This really is a disgraceful mess. As at 13.18 I have been told to 'await a call' to proceed. I agree with the last writer, there is already an element of stress involved in taking the 3 tests which the current situation only makes worse. One takes time out to engage and then find that you sit in your office totally prepared and unable to proceed. Worse, emails were not responded to and the 'helpdesk' phone was not answered. Extending the time to take the tests to 11pm tonight is hardly helpful either. Appeals and special consideration requests should be accepted by the JAC from the candidates who have been so adversely affected.
