The JAC is simply unfit for purpose. The online tests are a joke as they are open to abuse and cheating. They say one thing and do another, so they say anyone can apply to be a DDJ and then the online test asks questions on legal topics. They ask people for references before the assessment day - what other employer asks for references Before the interview?
