The appalling mess continues. I have now been able to complete 2 and 3 of the tests with test 1 still partial due to site going down. I was called twice by JAC when I was in the middle of the extremely stressful test 3 , 20 minutes to type answers to a lengthy scenario, and could not pick up. I have tried to call JAC back 6 times since then in an attempt to speak with someone before they all go at 5pm but no one is picking up. I am just getting a recorded message saying that details have been emailed to me but they have not! This is all deeply shocking, astonishingly stressful and beyond unreasonable.
