I love all the conspiracy talk about back handers and all that, as mentioned by Bill Richards @12:48 the sector is fragmented and the dog eat dog world of greed took over many years ago and as such the greed of a few dictated the obvious outcome.
Programme after programme about whiplash claims scam, article after article about fraudulent claims, all but a greedy few are genuinely happy to see the back of this epidemic finally.
The general public will soon forget whiplash claims whilst the PI claimant sector continues to cry and shout about "access to justice"
