With the vast majority of claimants finding their way to solicitors via a CMC who, generally, has persuaded the individual to make a claim on the basis that the CMC will get a fee of around £500, I doubt there will be a sudden rush.

David Bott should recall how many Holiday Sickness claims there were annually prior to the recent rush due to the CMC's jumping on the bandwagon.

However, David is well-placed to query the ability of the new portal to deliver.
