I am sorry but there are thousands of small firms up and down the country which have exactly the same data protection issues - they do for example family work, conveyancing, probate, civil litigation maybe some crime and employment. They are small firms of up to 20 people and their data protection issues are the same as everyone else. The idea that the Law Society cannot come up with a template notice to clients or advised t's and c's is utterly ridiculous.
