There is no support for the "fellow law firm" never has been and never will be which is why this sector is in such dire trouble.
As people have commented this sector is based on large salaries for a few then the workers are paid below national average, the work force of the "fellow law firms" are treated badly and paid badly, hence the "childish" comments.
Clearly you are not involved or have knowledge within this sector
