The interesting thing about the term "snowflake" is that it almost universally deployed by those whose arguments melt before the sun of common sense. Indeed the term "flaky" can almost always be used to describe those arguments.

In this context, poor pay, bizarre 6 minute time recording, the rise of the SRA (no other profession does that - it's daft - why not just take a cut of the deal and have done with it like surveyors), loss of secretarial support, loss of respect, no long lunches and golf clubs; direct dial, direct email, bloated gigantic documentation and ludicrous hours combined with massive debt - essentially all the perks of a 'profession' have melted away.

Those entering the profession are simply voting with their feet (and their mental health) that it is not all it is cracked up to be. Instead of resorting to insults, grow a pair and stand up of your colleagues, your profession and the next generation. Why on earth should people put up with it?

Saying enough is enough requires bravery.

Or you can depressingly call people snowflakes to justify your own lack of ambition and head off to hell in a handcart.
