Without trying to sound harsh its simply the world we live in, police officers under pressure, paramedics being attacked on a daily basis whilst trying to save lives, nurses earning barely more than minimum wage under extreme pressures and continual violence, put that into context regarding the comments about SRA regulations and reforms looming and I think you get my point.
