Its always been the same. Working under pressure to meet deadlines and satisfy client expectations is an essential skill that has to be learnt especially during the first few years. The pressure wont go away, you have to learn to cope with it. Being organised is just as important as finding time to relax away from work. Try to avoid the quick fix of alcohol etc. Take regular holidays spread throughout the year and learn to switch off at weekends or alternatively go into the office on either Saturday or Sunday morning to catch up without the phone ringing if you don't want to get in early or stay late during the week. There just aren't any well paid worthwhile jobs that don't involve stress!
