Either the comment made anonymously at 19:41 on 29 April was not written by a qualified solicitor trained in a city practice, as the writer intimates, or the quality of city trained solicitors has changed markedly since my days in practice! In those days no such person would release text without proof reading it or when it it is so grammatically and syntactically deficient.
