1) That's insurer to insurer and as such no other sector foots the bill, its taking from 1 pot to another and was always a pointless situation once the RIPE agreement was set up
2) Autofocus is not insurance based at its route, and lets await the full outcome as I'm pretty sure the end result will not go as many believe
3) what has cost rules go to do with premiums? does the cost rule make repairing cars cheaper, does the cost rule make administration cheaper, does the cost rule reduce IPT? unsure of your logic there I'm afraid but thanks for trying so hard
