Please confirm the benefits of being a chartered legal executive outside the four walls of the claimant PI Sector.
I work for one of the largest insurers and the reforms will affect about 30 people.
You see most large insurers simply have a PI sector that deal with all PI claims, MOJ portal claim, non MOJ claims, high value claims, foreign claims and don't just deal with low value MOJ portal claims so each handler is likely to see a small drop in caseloads but nothing significant as these reforms have been a long time coming and planned.
Any insurance firms that loses significant jobs due to the reforms have simply not planned ahead well enough
