You’re embarrassing yourself: seriously stop digging. The majority of personal injury roles at more senior levels (litigators on the multi-track) are restricted to solicitors and chartered legal executives. Further, they occupy litigation roles in most claimant and defendant injury firms. They do not do administrative roles (that’s the province of insurance company claims handlers). I think you are confusing legal execs with litigation execs (paralegals). However, even paralegals are generally brighter than the embarrassingly rubbish handlers employed by insurance companies.
