You do try really hard Jonathan, maybe a little to hard at times, I'm fully aware that most senior level PI handlers don't deal with low value RTA claims.
I'm amused at the comment about the "province" of the insurance role being administration.
As mentioned all PI handlers where I work deal with the claim from cradle to the grave up to the value of £50K for any individual claimant so clearly your assumption is incorrect, but after reading the Gazette for a while I can see just how hard your try at times
