This kind of only works for larger firms. There are 3 solicitors in my office and one busy secretary. Nobody here can spare the time to be trained in mental health. And while I do personally suffer with mental health issues, I wouldn't feel comfortable approaching one of my colleagues about this as regardless of any training they receive, I honestly know they would think less of me for it and assume I wasn't up to the job.
