Yeah, typically incredulous comments from some below. What you’re all missing is the message here - nobody is saying there should be unqualified shrinks running around in law firms, nor is anyone suggesting putting in couches for diagnostic sessions. All it takes is someone to recognise the signs of poor mental health, no different to a physical first aiders actions. Let me ask the angry people out there: do you think basic fire safety in your workplace should only be done by a qualified firefighter? I mean why the heck do we have fire extinguishers standing in corridors and fire alarms on walls?
