Yes In my experience the cops only go for the easy middle class criminals. They don't dirty their hands with anything that needs detection hence 8 cops help to locate a football celebrity's car but do not have time to visit a poor lady whose house was burgled - of course they can blame it on cuts but are they just lazy and after 25 years they retire on fabulous pensions .
