Why should a simple sprain that caused little if any inconvenience be valued any more.
Most of the low value claims presented do not meet JCG criteria and yet still the claimant sector tells their clients how much their claim is worth based on JCG.
If you don't receive medical treatment at the scene, visit your GP, need time off work, attend the recommend rehabilitation then what makes you think you deserve the same level of compensation as somebody who did.
We all know these 10 minute medical reports are nothing more than tick box exercises and borderline dishonest and I doubt non of them presented would stand up in court if cross examined ( a few cases will be making the news soon about this subject though).
Bring on the reforms and lets see exactly how many drivers are now suffering wrist injuries and harking back to the good old days of psychological issues
