Very insightful. In 33 years I've not seen an agile project delivered without vision (at, ironically, the grass-roots level - no agile project can survive direction from the centre). [If any hipster wants to pick a bone on when agile started, such things are always implemented by unpopular people decades before they get a suitably bandwaggonish name]

Corollary: I'd love to know who created their vision.
