Redcar & Cleveland LA employ an outside Solicitors firm Askew & Askew to deal with their Family Law Cases (or public law cases) most of these solicitors/partners named have their own firm in the area unbeknown to the public,that they act on behalf of the Local Authority
In my grandsons case it was a Kathy A Webb (named on bill head as partner Askew & Askew ) she also has her own firm in Guisbrough Kathy Webb Family Law Solicitors
Kathy Webb in my grandsons case was also the Guardian Ad Litems solicitor.
When as a family we were objecting to the change of my grandsons birth certified name to the name of a child that had never existed, and all orders made within the case were worthless, we were objecting to the perpetrators of illegality
