The Judicial system in Britain in under some scrutiny... Stories in the press about judgements being written for judges and tweeted are rife!!!! Will the judges be able to hand over their laptops to the office of Judicial Complaints if a complaint is filed and secondly are the Rules set for judges in the Judicial Rule Book bringing in legislation to cover activities on these Lap Tops. A comprehensive answer would be good.
