The block capitals do not appear random to me - they are merely a form of emphasis, or are you unaware of grammatical forms? Further, it is irrelevant whether the poster is a solicitor or not - I do tire of such elitist snobbery which exists in comments in this publication.

I suspect the original poster is a man, who has had the unfortunate experience of a failed marriage, compounded by the realisation that contrary to expectation, the law is not balanced when dealing with men/women in such situations.I can only hope those law purists whom would argue otherwise, never have to face the experience first hand.
