Whilst I understand your obviously wished for conclusion, I don’t buy that the SC will intervene. The attack on ET fees was because of that fees. It was also Union led, so firstly who is going to JR the Govt., and secondly the ET case is completely distinguishable as people can still bring cases in actual event more cheaply as they don’t face the risk of horrendous costs bills. ....

So I understand your sentiments but I suspect in the most politest sense that you are simply wrong.
