On my car radio on my way to work Zurich advertised they paid 99% of all claims.
This presumably includes those where cover is avoided or doesn't apply to the claim and therefore less than 1% could be fraud related but who knows.

Facts and specifics - these are quite important in law. Perhaps you should take another listen to the advert.

It clearly states 'our UK customers'. I doubt they consider claimants as their customers.

Are you part of the A2J team by any chance? They seem to like missing/ignoring key facts too.
