Events don't have to be "life changing" to justify an award, course. There is no reason for "sort term nuisance" caused by someone else not to be compensated, of course. A short term nuisance to some bloke in an insurance office, or a solicitor's practice or the House Of Lords, might be a pretty significant matter for a cleaner, a plumber, a carpet fitter, of course. All the more so if they are, of course, self employed, or on a zero hour contract.
