Its amazing how many self employed plumbers, taxi drivers and alike can NEVER produce proof of loss of earnings when requested by a forensic expert.
All can happily sign a legal form made up by a paralegal to confirm they lost £'s not being able to work yet can never get proof of this when asked.
Its amazing how many wives now charge their husbands for feeding and cleaning as a result of an accident and want £7 and hour for the privilege until threatened to prove the time taken each day to iron and feed.
Its amazing how each claimant including MINORS spend exactly £50 on phone bills and postage.
Its amazing how many of these heads of claim are dropped on a daily basis when you ask the right questions, remember all documents are signed for the court yet when an insurer threatens to pull the claim from the portal its amazing how compliant these claimant PI forms then become as they know most of their clients and evidence does not stand up to scrutiny.
Bring on the stories in the next few months when some of these nuisance 4 month sprain claims get cross examined...if the claimant and claimant firms manage to attend, interesting times ahead
