Always the problem with stats, with the average conveyancer saying how untrue they seem to be, as for us, since 2007 it has been growth with last year (y/e 1 April 2018) being a record year for us.

I agree with Claire. Volume can be handled by conveyancers paying vast sums of cash bungs or offering slow/free legals, but how many of the top firms handling the most volume would also be on the stats for the firms offering the very best conveyancing?

What I can say is that in 2018, the standard of conveyancing by the actual conveyancer - forget the silly ideas of more IT, I mean the quality of the human person doing the work, and their qualification/skills/training - is the lowest I have witnessed in over 20 years.
