It always has been and it always will be that if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Somewhere along the line the fact that these people have spent years training and then years thereafter obtaining the requisite pqe has been disregarded, only to now be told you can't charge a reasonable amount for the time and effort you have put in previously, you have to just take this much lower fixed amount. This is why the brain drain started a while back and the professional indemnity insurance market is bracing itself for what is on the horizon...
