On what basis did the SRA decide that the waiver details were commercially sensitive, especially as the firms will not be handling clients' money. And if they decline to publish that for whatever spurious reason they chose to come up with, at least let the profession know what criteria they are using for deciding that unregulated firms are operating "in the public ". Why should unregulated firms be assessed on a different basis from those which are regulated
