Geoffrey Dunnett, you say payment is made to whoever solicitors instruct, but unless you are offering some kind of verification or anti fraud element to your service (which I can see would benefit us in terms of reduced PII) doesn't this just reduce your offering to "we are quicker than chaps on completion day". At £90 per transaction I'm not sure that's really that cost effective for practitioners.
