I have to agree with anonymous @ 14:06 GMT, there is nothing a CMC offers to the claimant bar maybe a much larger hire vehicle than require whilst they delay repairs or obtain an engineers report that declares the vehicle un roadworthy as it MIGHT require a geometry check after a scratch on the rear bumper.
What surprises me even more are the claimants who still sign up to firms who openly confirm they will take 25% of the damages awarded as well as their fee!!
Its been proven time and time again that dealing directly with the at fault insurer is the quickest way to deal with your claim for repairs and injury in most low value whiplash claims, neither CMC's or claimant solicitors (especially those who still take their % cut of compensation) add nothing at all to the claims process
