I really do enjoy reading the nonsensical baiting by the 'bring on the full reforms' clowns. Always anonymous of course. No need to pop the head above the parapet and best to snap and point the finger whilst remaining anonymous. Internet trollers fit the same profile. Any reasonably sane and rational person with a little knowledge will tell you that there is no claims culture in the uk. That was one of the findings of the Young Report. Most Claimants are honest and most Claimant lawyers are hard working and client focussed.
