Well, I can only hope that this refund scheme proves to be more efficient and swifter that the LPA registration fee partial refund scheme being operated by the OPG - in respect of which my online application did not produce the promised telephone call on receipt - nor did it receive a response, as stated, within 20 working days - and my 'chase up' e-mail was ignored - and when I telephoned after 12 weeks the OPG said that it it had no trace of my application, despite it having been auto acknowledged at the outset!
