I'm getting increasingly fed up of our 'official' publication appearing happy to report (and seeming to accept without question) all manner of attacks on solicitors' probity and competence.

I suspect Ms Halford-Hall has no legal knowledge and is, therefore, happy to throw about allegations of impropriety, in ignorance of the potential ramifications, to stir controversy and thereby publicise her cause but one would expect the Gazette to recognise the potentially defamatory and damaging nature of the comments made and put her to proof of them.
