The tariff is incidental if the small claims limit raises to £5000.00. There is no money in settling claims in the MOJ portal, to make a profit in PI you need to issue as the margins have been squeezed so tight. In my view, this is game over and, its time to practice my mopping skills as there will be no PI after next April.
