The reforms whilst targeting fraud and tariffs are actually a result of years of abuse, the sector itself knows this and has known it for years but thought nothing could be proven and as such the insurance changed it tact.
You have abused the JCG for "whiplash" when that term became poison your experts used "STI" instead to try and justify hugely inflated compensation awards.
Your industry knowingly takes 25% of the compensation you feel is right for your clients as fee's because some firms refuse to adapt to changing market
