My namesake Anonymous of 13:29 appears to be less than gallant or sporting but after 3 bouts of nasty bloody whiplash from 3 idiot drivers, one let off, one prosecuted and one switching drivers before being breath tested - I am afraid they only said what I was thinking.

If the insurance industry is so weak it needs this regulation then perhaps much more should be further regulated - like Executive Pay??
