Men are just better at asking, and demanding. We females (some, not all) are just too apologetic, or don't (possibly can't) fully appreciate our truth worth.

The problem and differences stem from our upbringing, which flows from the historical attitudes of society toward females.

The balance needs to be redressed but I'm not a fan of, nor do I support, positive discrimination against men, in an attempt to level the playing field.
