There is no reason on earth why women should have to have equal levels of testosterone to men - a biological impossibility, to succeed in any career save where physical stamina is needed on the frontline of a war or other role requiring physical labour. Women are women and genetically different to men - or haven’t you realised that yet ? What person in their right mind would consider it fair to require women to ‘fight’ to succeed. We are mothers, carers, which makes is trustworthy considerate and diligent - we do not want to fight with our colleagues or stab them in the back to succeed. The legal profession truly brings out the worst in gender inequality and male ignorance. Anyone that argues a requirement of success to be about the ability to be macho in the workplace is so blatantly sexist and discriminatory. Incredible! And stupid!
