Will the SRA please engage further with the Profession and publicise its own risk analysis of commencing proceedings, charge out rates, for costs claimed before the SDT and further, justify those costs on each and every case and also publish the amount, per annum, that is unrecovered so that the Profession may make representation on the cost/benefit analysis ?

If this radicalised consumerism is the way forward, it has to apply to everyone, in ensuring balance, fairness and transparency.
