"So I was delighted to hear Royal Mail GC Maaike de Bie tell the Law Society Division Annual Conference last week that she doesn't email colleagues after 7pm or during the weekend unless the matter is urgent."

So, in other words, she does e-mail colleagues after 7:00pm or at weekends and how frequently just depends on her perception of what is urgent.
