Once I had the sealed costs judgment against the Claimant, I'd send their sols the bill, apply for a Default Costs Certificate (no extensions)/go to Detailed Assessment at the very first opportunity and press on with enforcement by way of charging order/order for sale, bankruptcy or whatever.

The Claimant can then take their chances suing their solicitors for professional negligence if they want - up to them.
