Why should the firms who acted for the claimant's be in the firing line? Unless they are in on the scam then they have done nothing wrong. Thankfully my firm does not have many fraud cases but I would be lying if I said I had not had some over the years. Does that make me vulnerable to investigation because I client lied to me and I acted in good faith? If so, it is time to throw the towel in.
