Indeed. The Data Protection Legislation is a minefield. I take my hats off to those who are working within it. Not so much though those that drum up class actions (usually using the Legal Aid ticket as preliminary), or slips and trips or RTC's on a wet morning through advertising on The Kylie Show or similar or market capture through Legal Expenses Insurance Policies. The doesn't really take a lot of imagination or skill at all does it?

Scruff.

This is why we are so respected as a profession. Bravo.
