Full Cache and CRU is available but claimant PI firms have no reason to access it and to be honest if they did I wouldn't trust a very large percentage of them with the contents.
Its surprises me every time that when I challenge a claimant solicitors about undisclosed claims on their clients medical reports then have nothing to say despite the fact at the start of the claim process they will have access to ASKCUE which details previous claims, yet you still turn a blind eye to it and hope insurers wont challenge this to save costs as you generally threaten to pull the claim from the portal and hope for the best
