Have these people ever done any matrimonial dispute cases? Of all the matrimonial disputes I dealt wit, (and I did quite a few over the years, - at one time specialising in matrimonial law - ), I cannot recall one wher the parties were prepared to sit down together, with both sets of solicitors present, and discuss the problem and its solution.
Perhaps I was just unlucky.
