Does not sit well with:
"An MoJ spokesperson said: 'Our proposed reforms recognised the value of this vital service and made no change to the funding provided"

So no extra money for the work, just presumably blind faith that scaling things up will sort thing sort things out as each provider will now have more of the (presumably) loss making work?

Have I understood the logic correctly?
