Blimey what a mess. I don't envy the trial judge having to unravel this one! Where do you begin? I mean this paralegal has opened a hornets nest for themselves and the firm involved. Presumably client confidentiality and legal privilege has been deliberately breached which should result in serious sanction for the former employee I presume the contents of the files notes must be dynamite otherwise why bother disclosing them? This in turn would mean some serious problems for the firm. A curse on both of your houses!
